Enrollment to Affiliate Program
You must submit a completed application through Bitcoinsportsbook.ag/affiliates in order to enroll in our affiliate program. One of our Affiliate Managers will review your application and process it within 24 to 48 hours.
By submitting your application, you declare that you are over the legal age of your jurisdiction and that your domain is not designed to attract minors.
The personal information you provide must be accurate, complete and authentic.
An Affiliate must not open more than one Affiliate account without the prior consent of the Company, nor will an Affiliate earn commissions from his own player account. Affiliates are not allowed to bet using their Affiliate account. In the event that an Affiliate wishes to play at Bitcoinsportsbook.ag, Affiliate must set up a separate player account. If an Affiliate wishes to test the system, the Company will provide the Affiliate with a demo account to access our platform. In the case of a violation, the Company has the right to void all applicable earned commissions from such account.
Affiliates are only allowed to have 1 account per IP (household).
After registering and approval, each affiliate will receive a welcome letter with the new username and password.
An Affiliate will not establish any domain of Facebook, Twitter or other social network, blog domain, profile name or name to display names, words, and phrases that are part of the Bitcoin Sportsbook brand.
An Affiliate is prohibited from purchasing or creating off-site text links with anchor text for keyword phrases, names, words, and phrases that are part of Bitcoin Sportsbook.
Advertising of your Affiliation with Bitcoin Sportsbook Affiliates
To promote our brand, we will provide the affiliate with access to a link generator, co-branded banners, XML odds feeds, tracking tools, and all the necessary material to achieve the promotion. The affiliate cannot modify the links obtained from us without prior written authorization.
Bitcoin Sportsbook will grant the affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use Bitcoin Sportsbook Logos and text solely for the purpose of the affiliate program.
The affiliate will be responsible only for the development, operation, and maintenance of his/her website(s).
Banners provided by Bitcoin Sportsbook are hosted on our servers, and we reserve the right to update these banners at any time and without prior notice.
We reserve the right to monitor all websites promoting Bitcoin Sportsbook in order to determine if you are in compliance with our terms and conditions and consequently, take the proper action at our discretion.
Affiliates should use the best marketing reasonable efforts to actively and effectively advertise, market and promote Bitcoin Sportsbook as widely and aggressively as possible in order to maximize the financial benefit for both the affiliate and Bitcoin Sportsbook program.
Bitcoinsportsbook.ag will handle a Sales and Retention Team that will optimize conversions of your players so you can make the most of your traffic.
Players must be properly tagged to an Affiliate’s account. Should this tag be improperly inserted or the steps not followed correctly, the player registration and commission will not be assigned to you.
Bitcoin Sportsbook reserves the right to refuse players or end the contract with them if necessary to comply with Bitcoinsportsbook.ag terms and conditions. We will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damage or losses incurred by the affiliate or a customer referred by the affiliate, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
Bitcoin Sportsbook will not be responsible for any contest or promotion not authorized by our affiliate Department.
You will be solely responsible for the technical operation of your website and the accuracy and appropriateness of materials posted on it. You agree that neither your website nor social media accounts and pages of any kind will, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of our website or Participating Sites, nor will you create the impression that your site is ours.
Affiliates cannot use anchor text for keyword phrases, names, or words that are or can be deemed to resemble our brands.
Affiliates may not purchase or register keywords or search terms for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service, or referral services which are Bitcoin Sportsbook Sportsbook trademarks that include the word “Bitcoin Sportsbook“ and “Bitcoin Sportsbook Sports” or any variations thereof. Bitcoin Sportsbook reserves the right to close your Affiliate account, retaining all revenue generated from these keywords.
Confidentiality
All information, including without limitation, the business and financial information, customer and supplier lists, pricing, and sales information, concerning Bitcoin Sportsbook and its affiliate program or any of our Affiliates shall remain strictly confidential and secret. It should not be utilized, directly or indirectly, for your own business purposes.
Term and Termination
The term of this Agreement with the Bitcoin Sportsbook program will begin when you complete the sign-up procedure and have been informed by Us of your acceptance to the Program and create a unique link to Our sites and will be continuous unless and until either party decides to terminate this agreement for any cause given or not given.
The party must notify the other in writing or any means of communication that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement will be terminated immediately. TERMINATION IS AT WILL, WITH OR WITHOUT REASON, BY EITHER PARTY. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via email to affiliates@bitcoinsportsbook.ag
If the Agreement is terminated pursuant to the clause mentioned before, the Affiliate will be entitled to unpaid Commissions if any, earned by or on the date of termination. For the avoidance of doubt, no Commissions occurring after the date of termination will be paid.
This agreement will be terminated at anytime if Bitcoin Sportsbook finds the program is being misused such as spamming, fraud, and/or breaking any rule in this agreement.
Spam Policy
As an Affiliate, you agree to comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 in its distribution of email that contains messaging regarding the Participating Sites. Furthermore, you agree that all promotional work you do with us will comply with industry acceptable standards. Any unacceptable behavior (including the use of spam) will be cause for immediate termination of this agreement.
Unsuitable Sites
We may terminate this Agreement if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that: are aimed at children, display pornography or other illegal sexual acts, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender or age, promote illegal activities, or violate intellectual property rights or breach any relevant advertising regulations or codes of practice.
Cookies
If a player clicks a link from an affiliate tracking code, it will generate a cookie for the next 30 days. If in those 30 days, the person creates an account, it will be associated with the affiliate tracking link for the user.
The last cookie that tracks a visitor before opening an account will be the one accounted for to the affiliate.
Referred Players
It is prohibited for you and your relatives such as spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling, or any individual using the same IP address (household) to be referred to Bitcoin Sportsbook.
You will be able to keep track of your referred players, activity generated, commissions, and the payments you are entitled to receive through our Affiliate website. You will be able to review these statistics with ease and be able to improve your promoting campaigns or keep track of them.
Affiliate shall not be entitled to the percentages retrospectively, notwithstanding their reinstatement.
It is your responsibility to keep your affiliate login and password secure. We are not responsible for any losses that may arise from anyone accessing your Affiliate account.
In the unlikely event that two or more affiliates claim referral over player(s), it will be up to our management to make a final decision as to who gets the player referral.
We reserve the right to withhold affiliate payment(s) generated by any Affiliate player(s) that are under investigation. We reserve the right to refuse customers or to close their accounts at the manager’s discretion.
Commission
Bitcoin Sportsbook will pay the affiliate a commission based on the players’ net losses minus administrative adjustments found in “fees” section. These players must have signed up through your Affiliate website or tracking ID or provided us with the affiliate promotion code.
Net losses are calculated in the following way: Gross revenue minus Fees.
Program will pay out revenue share on the commissionable earnings generated by each customer, as defined by the merchant.
Chargeback Policy
Since Chargebacks directly affect the accumulated Net Revenue received by Us, it affects Your commission payment as well. If a Referred Player disputes a transaction which eventually results in a chargeback, the accumulated revenue generated by Yourself will be reduced by the chargeback amount up to the amount of commissions received.
The Company reserves the right to offer different commission structures and revenue models in respect of different affiliate partners. We may raise or lower any affiliates’ commissions’ accounting to our step-tier-base commission scale and method of calculation of your referral commission at management`s discretion.
All commissions shall be paid to you on a monthly basis. For the purposes of calculating commission earnings, any payments will be issued by the first Monday of the month. Payment shall be made by us to you by way of the payment method available to you and will be paid by the 15th of each month.
If your Revenue Share is negative for any particular month resulting in a negative Commission, your negative Revenue shall be carried forward to the subsequent month(s). Therefor the system will not generate any commission until the negative figure is no longer there.
The affiliate will not receive commissions on his losses or deposits.
Our affiliates could have a negative carry-over figure on players if net win is higher than net losses, as commissions are based on net losses.
If you desire to offer extra incentives to potential referred players, you are required to receive our written approval; otherwise, commissions generated by such unauthorized incentive will be void.
It is required for the referred player to make a real money deposit in order for the Affiliate to receive commissions over his/her net losses.
Any Earnings on referred bonuses or betting adjustments made to a player’s account will not be taken into consideration for commissions.
In case fraudulent activity is detected by the referred player or the Affiliate, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement and hold any commission generated through fraud at our own discretion.
You are urged to provide accurate details in regard to the manner and information relating to your preferred method of receiving payments. Bitcoin Sportsbook shall not be held liable for your delayed receipt of commissions due to your provision of inaccurate details. It is your responsibility to be aware of money owed and commissions received. We will always update you with commissions sent, but after one month it will automatically be presumed that the money sent was received, and will no longer be traced.
Payouts
All affiliates will receive a Bitcoinsportsbook.ag account for payouts. The commissions available will be deposited on this account ready for withdrawals.
Affiliates can cash out commissions using the following payout methods:
- Bitcoin
The Min amount for commission payout is $200. If an Affiliate`s Commissions monthly earnings are larger than $5,000 USD, multiple payments can be processed. However, the affiliate must provide multiple unique BTC addresses.
All amounts are calculated and paid in accordance with the Company’s reasonable and good faith means of statistical analysis and customer tracking methods. An Affiliate agrees that the statistical analysis of the affiliate program and client tracking methods are accurate and reasonable, and their calculations are final.
If an Affiliate Player is being investigated for credit card, bank information or address verification, the Company will withhold payment of Commissions earned by the Affiliate in respect of revenues generated by such Affiliate Player until the investigation is completed.
Fees
Bitcoin Sportsbook affiliates will deduct the following fees from affiliate`s commissions:
- Player chargebacks (credit cards)
- Bonuses (Given to players)
- Player Payment Fees on Deposits
- No Admin Fee for Program usage will be charged
Entire Agreement
We may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Bitcoin Sportsbook will always inform affiliates about these changes via email.
All Affiliate terms and rules apply to Master Accounts as well.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at our sole discretion; consequently, the Affiliate must remove all our banners, links, and any other content.
You agree to these terms and conditions by clicking the “Submit” button on our Affiliate Registration Form. An Affiliate may not apply to or participate in the Program unless they accept the Terms.
You are not authorized to use any software such as spiders, algorithms, or bots to crawl, page-scrape, or access any of our brands’ websites or affiliate program websites.
I.Ps, which are not authorized to use our XML feeds, API feeds, server to server information, shall be authorized or blocked at our discretion. Whitelisting is done upon request.
Affiliates must ensure that any materials such as banners on your website are not violating copyright or intellectual property.
We are not responsible for loss or injury caused by negligent use of our creative or our links, whether they are outdated.
We will not be liable for interruptions or errors caused by our websites and systems.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to periodically check these terms and conditions. If an Affiliate continues to participate in the Program after the date on which the Terms have changed, it will affirm that you have accepted the updated Terms. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement; should you so terminate, the changes we have announced shall nevertheless become effective unless we agree, in writing to affiliates@bitcoinsportsbook.ag, to the contrary. Your continued participation in the Program following our posting of a change notice or new Agreement on Our Site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time without prior notice (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those that are contained in this agreement or operate similar websites that compete with your site. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in our affiliate program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement. We will not recognize modifications of this agreement.
We make no representation that the operation of the Bitcoin Sportsbook website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
The Bitcoin Sportsbook program is intended for your direct participation. You shall not open affiliate accounts on behalf of other participants. Opening an affiliate account for a third party, brokering an affiliate account, or the transfer of an affiliate account is not accepted.
Affiliates wishing to transfer an account to another beneficial account owner must request permission to do so by contacting us. Approval is solely at management’s discretion.
